The Gridiron Legacy was founded by former players of the National Football League.  This group of NFL Legends have challenged a select group of licensed real estate agents and mortgage loan consultants to separate themselves from their competition by believing in and living by the Gridiron Philosophy which is as follows:

The typical real estate agent and mortgage consultant considers their job complete after finding their client the perfect home or home loan, whereas the gridiron real estate agent or mortgage consultant consider their job just beginning after finding their client the perfect home or home loan. 

To become the GOLD STANDARD of any industry you must go beyond what is typically expected of your industry. The typical agent will ask their client(s) looking to buy or sell a home the basic real estate questions you always ask a client looking to buy or sell a home, whereas the gridiron real estate agent will ask those same real estate questions followed by the following questions, which have nothing to do with your real estate transaction but more so with you as a person and what you are looking for to enhance your lifestyle and way of life.  Questions such as:

- Define clearly what you want to accomplish for your job, your life, your family and friends 

- How can we help build a support system that helps you achieve these wants and desires

- Can we aid you in identifying what needs to change that has been limiting you from getting there to date

- Can we help put a plan in place that will make these goals a reality
